The Fiber Reinforced Concrete Association (FRCA) recently announced the 2021 winners of its Innovative Fiber Project of the Year (IFPY) Awards at this year’s World
A panel of industry experts will evaluate projects based on their innovative use of FRC, as well as their value to advancing the use of FRC within the concrete industry. First-place awards will be assigned across five categories: micro-synthetic, macro-synthetic, steel, glass and natural fibers.
Award applications must adhere to the following requirements:
- Minimum of three high-resolution digital project images
- Detailed project description, such as innovation, cost benefits, schedule enhancements, ease of construction, performance and aesthetics
- Contact information with list of project participants
- Submitted projects must have been substantially completed between October 2020 and December 2021.

NOTE: Submitted projects must adhere to our publicity policy, wherein FRCA retains the right to publish any or all materials submitted as an entry, including images and names of entrants/projects. All submissions become the property of FRCA.
Award winners will receive a commemorative plaque, project publicity promoted by FRCA, and a free one-year membership in FRCA. Multiple award copies are available upon request.
All project applications must have be submitted to FRCA by December 6, 2021. Award winners were announced publicly at World of Concrete on January 20, 2022.
