John C. Lincoln Hospital needed a new ground-floor slab for its cracking, worn parking structure. When presented with the opportunity to use fiber reinforcement instead of rebar in the ground slab, Suntec wanted to use the best fiber.

From past experience, Tuf-Strand SF was requested over the macropolymeric fiber originally specified. Euclid Chemical provided consultation on utilizing Tuf-Strand SF at a dosage rate of 6 lbs/yd3 in the new parking structure. The result is a crack-free, durable floor, with a quality textured finish.
